Q: How can I switch to using Australia’s Own Baby Formula?
If you are considering changing between your current purchased brand of baby formula to a new formulation and have any doubts on the best way to do this, it is best to discuss this with your health care practitioner. Every baby is different and their needs may vary. Your health care professional can guide you in this area.
Q: How many tins can I purchase per order?
In order to ensure stock is available for Australian families we have a 12 tin limit per purchase policy. 6 tins or more must only be purchased in full case quantities and must be ordered in full cases of the same variety.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Q: What is the size of the scoop in our formula?
The scoop size for each Australia’s Own Infant Formula, Follow-on Formula and Toddler Milk Drink is 8.8g when levelled off. You should only use the scoop provided in the tin where preparing the product.

Q: What are the differences between Infant Formula and Follow-On Formula?
The primary purpose of differentiating between products is in order to align the changes in natural breast milk which occurs after the first months of breast feeding.
The primary difference between the Infant Formula and Follow-On Formula is in the protein composition. Infant Formula is made from Whey Dominant Protein whereas Follow-On Formula is Casein Dominant Protein.
Q: What are the differences between Australia’s Own Diamond and Gold ranges?
All of Australia’s Own Formulas are premium formulations, based upon science and the best of Australian Dairy. Our Diamond range contains the excellent Australian Cow’s milk source of protein as Gold. The Diamond range does contain additional nutritional ingredients compared to Gold.

Q: Is it safe to continue using Infant formula past 6 months?
Follow-On formula should be used for infants aged between 6-12 months if not breastfeeding. However, it is not suitable for babies over 12 months as their growing needs change. In this instance, you can move to a Toddler Milk Drink.
Q: What are the fish products contained in the products?
Our products contain docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA) which are Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. These are sourced from fatty fish including salmon, tuna and mackerel (among others). DHA and ARA are both found naturally in breast milk.

The seam weld is treated with a litmus treatment to ensure it is sterile.

No, all Raw materials are Melamine Free
