Shipping & Returns
At Freedom Foods, all products in stock will generally be processed and shipped the next day.
Please ensure a signatory is available at the delivery address within business hours as a signature is required for Proof of Delivery and release of goods by the courier.
Freedom Foods will endeavour to maintain 2-7 business day shipping (Standard Shipping Methods via our on-line fulfilment partner(s)) across Australia.
For NT, WA and rural areas, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days*
*Dependent on whether a signatory is available at receiving address
Please note that over the holiday season we will have a slight delay in shipment of up to 4 days between 24th December 2016 - 3rd January 2017.

Once your order has been processed, you will be e-mailed your order confirmation along with a tracking ID and delivery time estimate in order to allow you to track your order as it comes to you.
At this stage, Freedom Foods do not deliver internationally.

Express Shipping Costs: Express Shipping is currently not available
In order to ensure stock is available there is a limit of 12 tins (2 cartons) per order.
If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, the product will be deemed to have been accepted by you and you waive the right to reject or dispute the products, other than under any legitimate claim relating to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Notwithstanding this, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Great care and caution is taken with delivering products, so if for any reason your purchase arrives, dented, damaged, or you have a quality complaint, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of damaged product you will be asked to product photo evidence of the unopened product.
